Abdulla Shahid is a highly experienced finance and auditing professional, including internal and external audit, with over 15 years of expertise in the field. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Maldives (CA Maldives) and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA). He also holds Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

FazeelNaeem has accumulated over 16 years of experience in the field of Takaful, investment management, risk and compliance. Inaddition, he has also gained experience in the field of audit, after completing his professional studies in accounting. Mr. Mumthaz Abdul Rasheed brings over 20 years of experience in import and export operations and trade regulation, developed through his long-standing service with the Maldives Customs Service. His career reflects deep expertise in regulatory oversight, compliance, and public-sector governance.

He has held several senior statutory roles, including serving as a Board Member of the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (2020–2025). He currently serves as a Board Member of the National Tender Board, where he contributes to oversight and decision making in public procurement.

Mr. Mumthaz is a Fellow Member of Chartered Accountants Maldives (CA Maldives) and also a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom.
